Land Based Learning enjoys training others. If you would like Environmental Monitoring training, this can be provided with context of working in observation of major industry such as mining, and forestry, or any other development. Other training includes endangered species research protocols, benthic invertebrate collections, and environmental assessments. Also, fish assessments for determining population density, abundance, and capture per unit effort are all taught in a fun and easy method just as all lessons from Land Based Learning.
Environmental monitoring training with Eco Canada (https://www.eco.ca/beahr/) is available for First Nation people and communities. Experienced with the “Building Environmental Aboriginal Human Resources” (BEAHR) program delivery and added enhancement to the program as specific requests are made. It is always a pleasure to deliver this program and add more practice and scenario’s to environmental monitoring as student understanding and success are always a priority.
